Profile

A methodical approach to troubleshooting.

I work through incidents by checking the reported symptoms, tracing service dependencies, and documenting findings for the teams involved. Clear handoffs and an understanding of user impact are important parts of that process.

Outside of work, I maintain a Proxmox-based home lab with Linux containers, virtual machines, DNS, remote access, monitoring, and backups. I use it to develop and test administration, automation, and recovery workflows, and document what I learn.
